My brother told me about Long Life Meals this year, and now, I am a long-life customer. The meals are delicious and healthy. I love the ease of ordering by text and picking up orders safely at the curb. The customer service is top rate! I cannot recommend this company enough!

Best meal prep service. I’ve tried several others in the Charlotte area and I have my friend who owns a business in Burlington bring me back my ordered meals since it is that amazing!!! The macros are absolutely amazing too for the amount of food given. Very reasonably priced! I appreciate the variety of options and the protein donuts are SO delicious.

Delicious and very affordable. The perfect way to start my New Year’s resolution. Healthy eating that has great flavor and a huge variety of choices is exactly what I needed. It’s about time meal prep is inexpensive and flavorful!!

The absolute best meal prep around. The buffalo chicken and cheeseburger bowls are delicious and don’t forget your chocolate pb fudge!

I use Long Life Nutrition Meal Prep for breakfast and dinner, and it is not only a great time saver but the meals are absolutely delicious. I tried these meals for the first time last week and I was amazed! I had the Egg Roll in a Bowl and the Beef Taco Bowl from the weekly menu. The meals tasted great and with only 2minutes in the microwave were perfectly warmed up. Made week night dinner quick and easy. Plus this was way cheaper than going out or trying to cook for myself. Can’t wait to stop by this week to try some more.
